If you are applying for help:
- Please complete all required sections of the application form
- For help with a bill: Provide a copy of the current bill.
- For help with rent: Provide printed documents from your landlord showing the current amount due.
- For other help: You must provide proof of your Wood County address (within last two weeks).
What Happens Next?
Your application will be reviewed by a WAM repre-sentative. As part of the review process, the infor-mation that your provided will be verified .
Within one week after completing your application, a WAM representative will contact you to let you know if WAM is able to assist you, or if additional information is needed.
